Application Instructions

1. Clean: Ensure both mating surfaces are clean, dry, and free of old gasket residue, oil, or grease.

2. Apply: Apply a continuous, uniform bead (typically 2mm–3mm thick) around one surface, making sure to circle all mounting bolt holes.

3. Assemble: Mate the components within 10–15 minutes before the silicone skins over, and torque bolts to manufacturer specifications.

4. Cure: Allow to cure completely before filling with fluid or pressure testing (curing rate is approximately 2–3mm thickness per 24 hours).
