You need an retention adapter in order to keep factory Japanese Toyota camera when installing an aftermarket head unit.
Car 24Pin Reverse Camera Retention Wiring Harness Cable Plug Adapter Connector Accessories For Toyota. Cable Plug Adapter Connector to keep factory toyota camera when installing Android stereo. Most common one is 4Pin retention adapter, almost square shape, please check what you have, 24 pin one is mostly for later Toyota models.
Installation instructions are not included. Purple wire ( back) need power, black wire is ground.
