My 2015 golf, drivers side glass fell off i.e. as if it wasn’t secured/stuck on properly. Do you supply the glass piece only and how would it secure to the backing plate

We stock mirror glass for 2015 VW Golf MK7, 1:1 convex/ curved mirror replacements. Quality glass comes with plastic backing plate for easy DIY installation just clip on. 
We wouldn't recommend piece of glass only as first you will loose your heating and second it can be different. Flat glass is significantly more zoomed in, less viewing angle, than your stock mirror. The above difference can cause discomfort while driving. 

Our glass provides the same view as your original mirror glass on the other side.

After right hand mirror glass for 2013 VW Golf registration HCD465. Do they attach with double sided tape and do you have them in stock

Mirror glass is correct for your Golf MK7. Mirror comes complete with backing plate, so you will not loose heating. Pull to unclip damaged mirror glass and swap heating terminals to new mirror and just clip it in. Yes, stock is in NZ.
